One of the most popular new restaurants in Oceanside, Carte Blanche Bistro & Bar, is seeking motivated FOH Supervisor/Manager as we continue to grow.

We are a family run, 180 seat Full-Service restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Oceanside. We are currently open daily for dinner service and will be expanding with brunch at the end of this month. Lunch service will quickly follow.

Carte Blanche is a French-Mexican Bistro with a phenomenal culinary program ran by Chef Alex Carballo and a craft cocktail menu created by Seth Marquez.

Carte Blanche Bistro & Bar is seeking Busser/Server Assistant to join the team.

Carte Blanche has been open for just over 1 week and has been mentioned in The Eater as a ‘Hot Spot’ for SD Cocktails, along with articles written in SD Magazine, NBC, San Diego Business Journal, Lick The Plate, and others.
