Interested in joining our mission? Take a look at career opportunities at Viasat today. Job Responsibilities The Digital Marketing intern will assist the marketing team with analyzing current digital campaigns, researching new opportunities to test and presenting results to senior management.
Key Responsibilities: • Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, working with team members and partners to create effective, efficient and creative online customer acquisition programs. • Manage operational components of digital campaign design, implementation, tracking and measurement. • Coordinate the flow and communication of projects across internal stakeholders and external partners. • Paid Search: analysis of entire user experience including ad copy, keyword performance and landing pages; research. • Social Media: assist with the development and execution of B2B and B2C social campaigns. • Competitive analysis: conduct research of competitor’s online advertising initiatives, including paid search, display, paid social, website content, etc. • Learn landing page management, assisting staff with digital marketing strategy and tracking. • Manage an A/B test from inception to implementation, reporting on results and providing recommendation
Requirements • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field • Strong interest & experience in digital marketing, search engine marketing, advertising and/or marketing. • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices (paid search, display, social, content, consumer targeting) • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, website content management systems, etc.) • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
• Computer skills and thorough understanding of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint. • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Strong work ethic, must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative. • Ability to function in a team environment.
